Contact form privacy.
This notice describes the contact and early-access form on this website. It is separate from any terms or privacy notice that may apply to a future Allcome app or campaign.
What the form collects
The form asks for your name, email address, reason for contacting us, an optional organisation name and your message. Please do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive personal details.
How your information is used
Allcome uses your submission to respond to your enquiry, discuss a pilot or follow up on your interest in early access. Submitting the form does not sign you up to an unrelated marketing newsletter.
Where a submission goes
Submissions are stored in the website’s WordPress system and are available to authorised site administrators. An email notification is also sent to the site’s configured enquiry recipient. Website hosting and email providers process data to operate those services.
Spam prevention and technical data
The form uses a security token, an invisible spam field and temporary rate limiting. A keyed hash of the connection’s IP address is used for rate limiting for up to one hour; the form does not add the raw IP address to the enquiry record. Hosting infrastructure may keep separate technical logs.
Questions, corrections and deletion requests
For questions about your submission, or to request a correction or deletion, email makar@allcome.io. You can also ask us to stop following up on your early-access interest.
Cookies and analytics
The Allcome theme does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics. WordPress, the hosting service or separately installed plugins may use cookies for their own functions.
